Travel companion for Southern Italy wanted

Southern Italy (Salento, Gargano, Sicily, ...) enchants with its beautiful coastline, charming towns, and fewer tourists than other parts of the country. I particularly like a mix of relaxation, short excursions, and leisurely hours by the sea. The trip is planned from mid-September onwards and could last 2 weeks. I am flexible with timing, so we can find a suitable period together. Reliability and commitment are particularly important to me, as is an interest in Italy (and also in the Italian language, if possible). I wish for a companion with style and sophistication, who loves the sea and values a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. I prefer fewer conversations, but with substance and a sense of humor, rather than constant chatter ;-). I like to stay in a single room.
