Withdrawal Policy & Cancellation

Cancellation policy for consumers (EU)
You have the right to cancel the subscription contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
Exercising the right of cancellation
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example by email to support@urlaubspartner.net). Sending the notice before the deadline is sufficient.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of an effective withdrawal, we will refund all payments received immediately, at the latest within 14 days from the receipt of your withdrawal declaration. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the execution of the digital service (activation of the subscription) has begun with your express consent, and you have simultaneously confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356 para. 5 BGB analog / Art. 16 lit. m Consumer Rights Directive).
Cancellation of subscription
Independently of the right of withdrawal, you can cancel your subscription at any time at the end of the current billing period – directly in your user account under "My Account → Subscription". A pro-rata refund of already paid periods will not be made.

As a gesture of goodwill, we review refund requests in cases of technical issues or incorrect charges. Please contact us at support@urlaubspartner.net.
