Right of Withdrawal for Consumers (EU)
You have the right to withdraw from the subscription agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example by email to support@urlaubspartner.net). Sending the notice before the deadline is sufficient.
Consequences of Withdrawal
In case of an effective withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you immediately, at the latest within 14 days from the moment we receive your withdrawal declaration. The refund will be issued using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the execution of the digital service (activation of the subscription) has begun with your explicit consent, and you have simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal as a result (§ 356 para. 5 BGB analog / Article 16 lit. m Consumer Rights Directive).
Subscription Termination
Regardless of the right of withdrawal, you can cancel your subscription at any time at the end of the current billing period — directly in your user account under "My Account → Subscription". A pro-rata refund of already paid periods will not be issued.
