Slovakia in October – Štrbské Pleso, Banská Bystrica & Levoča

Hi! I'm Selin from Izmir, 25 years old, and I've planned 9 days in Slovakia for October 2027. Rough route: Štrbské Pleso, Banská Bystrica, Levoča, Bratislava. The core focus is hiking – so lots of hiking, some mountains, and if time permits, castles too. I prefer small and personal accommodations, like guesthouses over big hotels. It's important to me not to tick off everything: I'd rather linger in a place if it feels right, check out local markets, and chat with people. I'm relaxed, up early, and in the evenings, I enjoy sitting at a table with a glass of wine or a cup of tea. Linguistically, Turkish/English is no problem. I'm looking for a travel buddy – we don't have to be together 24/7. Sharing meals, spending a day together, or going on a hike together is perfectly enough.
