Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of the travelmatch.net (travelbuddy.travelmatch.net) platform, operated by FREITAG Labs Corp., Unit 117, Orion Mall, Palm Street, P.O. Box 828, Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles (the “Provider”).
1. Scope of application
These terms and conditions apply to all users of the platform. By registering, you acknowledge these terms.
2. Service Description
The platform facilitates contact between people seeking or offering travel companions. The provider is not a contractual partner for any trip arranged through the platform. No travel agent or tour operator contract is formed.
3. Registration & User Account
Registration is free. You must be at least 18 years old. Only one account is allowed per person. Your details must be truthful. Ads are manually checked before publication.
4. Free and Paid Features
Posting ads is free. Responding to inquiries about your own ad is also free.
Actively contacting other users requires a paid subscription – with the following exception: If you have at least one approved ad with at least two photos online (created or updated in the last 90 days), you can also contact other users without a subscription.
Prices vary regionally (Purchasing Power Parity). Current prices are displayed transparently before contract conclusion.
5. Contract Term & Termination
Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew for another month unless canceled at least 24 hours before expiry. Cancellation is possible at any time without giving reasons, directly in the user account.
6. User Obligations
Prohibited are, in particular: commercial content without permission, sexual or pornographic content, harassment of other users, false identities, violations of applicable law. Violations will result in blocking without refund.
7. Liability
The provider is not liable for content or behavior of other users, not for the execution of arranged trips, and not for damages incurred through contacts via the platform. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, as far as legally permissible.

Our privacy policy applies.
9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
Ang batas ng Republic of Seychelles ang ipapatupad, hindi kasama ang UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Para sa mga consumer, ang mga mandatoryong regulasyon ng kanilang bansang tinitirhan ay mananatiling hindi apektado. Ang hurisdiksyon para sa mga mangangalakal ay Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The provider may change these terms and conditions with reasonable notice. For significant changes, notification will be sent via email; silence after 30 days is considered consent.
