Marhaba! I am Sam from Amman, 25 years old, and I have planned two weeks in Mongolia for July 2028. Rough route: Karakorum, Gobi, Terelj, Ulaanbaatar. The core idea is a round trip – so lots of nomads, a bit of desert, and if time permits, also horseback riding. I prefer small and personal accommodations, Ger camps rather than large hotels. It's important to me not to tick off sights: rather stay in one place if it feels right, explore local markets, and strike up conversations with people. I'm relaxed, get up early, and enjoy evenings with a glass of wine or tea at the table. Language-wise, Arabic/English work without problems. Looking for a travel buddy – we don't have to be together 24/7. Sharing meals, spending a day together, or going for a hike together is completely sufficient.
